Rachel has also served as Head Physiotherapist for multiple sports teams, working with athletes across Gaelic football, hurling, camogie, football, rugby, and youth development programmes.
Rachel’s main clinical interest is musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with particular expertise in sports rehabilitation, concussion management, early intervention, injury prevention, and dry needling. She has extensive experience supporting skiers, snowboarders, and rugby players through concussion return-to-play programmes, ensuring safe and effective recovery. Rachel’s approach is simple and effective—she takes the time to listen to each client’s goals, helps them understand their injury, and develops a treatment plan that fits their lifestyle. By combining manual therapy, exercise, and education, she aims to help people return confidently to the activities they enjoy most.
